Do I need to open an account to make order?
NO, we aim at simplifying the order process. You can simply add the products to your cart, select a preferred delivery date and time slot, full in all necessary contact information and payment information.
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery orders? (Not applicable for Group orders, Bulk orders (over 6), Flower stands)
We accept same-day delivery orders with different cut-off times:

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an e-mail upon the order is paid. Please note it does not represent the order is confirmed. After we check the product availability, we will send you another e-mail to notify you if the order is confirmed. Please kindly check every folder thoroughly if you do not see the e-mail in your inbox.
How can I make the payment?
We accept certain types of credit / debit cards, e-wallets, FPS, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay.
How to redeem a coupon?
After adding the product(s) to the cart and moving to the checkout page, enter the coupon code under "Order Summary", you can see the net amount to be paid before clicking "Proceed to Checkout".

You may change the order details as well as the product before delivery. Please contact us by whatsapp as soon as you decide to change. We will try our best to satisfy you but not guarantee for any order with less than 48 hours to deliver.
Can I cancel my order? (Not applicable for Group orders, Bulk orders (over 6), Flower stands)
For orders with over 48 hours to deliver: please contact us by whatsapp to make the request. You will receive a full refund in the form of coupon equal to the total amount of your order, which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
For orders with less than 48 hours to deliver, cancellation is non-refundable.
Why the product(s) received looks different from the product photos on the website?
Flower is a product of nature and our products involve hand-made process so that the size, shape, color and stage of the products might vary from the pictures shown. Although we proceed quality checking before delivery, flowers are perishable so we cannot guarantee they are completely flawless upon your receipt. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
In the event that supplies are in difficulties or not fulfilling our standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to make substitution with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality, without prior notice, except for focal flowers which are remarked in the product description on every product page. The substitution may include flower types, flower colors, wrapping paper, ribbon, baskets, vases and any other material used in our flower arrangements.
Will the focal flowers be substituted by another type?
In case of focal flowers shortage, we shall notify you with an alternate product with the most similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality for your consideration as soon as possible by a separate e-mail before order confirmation. You may have the right to accept or cancel the order with full refund. If we don’t receive your confirmation by 24 hours before the selected delivery time, order will NOT be processed and you will receive a full refund.
What is the risk of making orders with same-day delivery or delivery within 24 hours?
If you make an order with less than 24 hours to deliver, your order will NOT be processed automatically if we encounter focal flowers shortage. Besides, changes or cancellation of the order after the order is confirmed is not accepted for orders with delivery less than 48 hours.
Therefore, we suggest you to place order in advance to make sure you have sufficient time to make an adjustment plan.
What are the advantages for advance orders with over 7 days to deliver?
The earlier you place the order, the higher chance we can satisfy you with stock replenishment in time, especially for peak seasons like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. For your contribution to help improve our control of flower material loss for advance orders with over 7 days to deliver, you would be rewarded, after the order is confirmed (without any request for product change) and delivered, with a coupon for a certain amount, which can be used for the next order within 12 months.
How much is the delivery fee?
It may vary from different delivery time slots you select and different delivery addresses. We also cannot guarantee our courier partners would provide a fixed rate to us from time to time. The actual delivery fee will be shown as the delivery information is entered in the checkout page.
When will the flowers arrive?
Although we always try our best to ensure delivery within the time slot you selected, we cannot make 100% guarantee because there might be circumstances impacting the availability of our courier service partners or anything else outside of our control.
Who will be contacted in case of absence of the recipient?
The courier staff / we would call the“sender” (customer) only if you choose "Re-schedule delivery"in Unattended delivery preference(s). If you are striving to give a surprise to the recipient, please fill in the sender's phone number in the “Recipient Contact Number” box in the checkout page. Delivery will be re-scheduled at a different available time slot after you make the payment for re-delivery costs which would be higher than the original delivery fee.
How to make sure the product can be successfully received by the recipient?
If you are not sure the recipient is staying at the delivery address at the time of delivery you selected, you are suggested to make a selection of Unattended delivery preference(s) for delivery instruction. These options include: "Drop at the front door / reception" and / or "Received by any person / colleagues at the address".
What can I do if the flowers do not meet my expectation?
If you receive flowers that do not satisfy you, please remain the same way as delivered, take photo(s) upon receipt and inform us with description asap. Any notification over 12 hours upon receipt will not be considered or eligible for any compensation. If, at our discretion, the flowers do not meet our quality standard, you may have the right for replacement of product(s) with equivalent quality with delivery at the next available time slot you prefer or full refund.
