Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by “So Flower So Good” and any of its personnel (“we” or “us”). We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without any reason. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method applied (please check “Refund Policy” below for details). When we received your order that our product availability can satisfy, we will send you an order confirmation through e-mail which shows the status as “Confirmed”. Please notice the order shall not be deemed to be confirmed without the order confirmation e-mail.
Payments
We accept certain types of credit / debit cards, e-wallets, FPS, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay.
Prices and Additional Charges
All prices stated exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Offers and Promotion Codes
Product price may vary from time to time in response to inflating costs, seasonal demand and supply conditions.
We may contingently offer products at discounted prices or issue coupon(s) to certain group of customers at our absolute discretion at any time. These offers or coupons may only be valid within the designated period for certain product(s), with limited quantity, under certain conditions and/or otherwise stated. The terms of special offers may also change and terminate, at any time, and without prior notice.
In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted from a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotion code is allowed to be used per order. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Product Appearance
Please note that flower is a product of nature and our products involve hand-made process so that the size, shape, color and stage of the products might vary from the pictures shown. Although we proceed quality checking before delivery, flowers are perishable so we cannot guarantee they are completely flawless upon your receipt. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Product Availability and Substitution Policy
All products are subject to availability. In the event that supplies are in difficulties or not fulfilling our standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to make substitution with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality, without prior notice, except for focal flowers which are remarked in the product description on every product page. The substitution may include flower types, flower colors, wrapping paper, ribbon, baskets, vases and any other material used in our flower arrangements.
In case of focal flowers shortage, we shall notify you with an alternate product with the most similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality for your consideration as soon as possible by a separate e-mail before order confirmation. You may have the right to accept or cancel the order with full refund. If we don’t receive your confirmation by 24 hours before the selected delivery time, order will NOT be processed and you will receive a full refund. (please also see “Order Timeliness” below)
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery orders? (Not applicable for Group orders, Bulk orders (over 6), Flower stands)

All late orders will NOT be accepted.
Order Timeliness
If you make an order with less than 24 hours to deliver, your order will NOT be processed automatically if we encounter focal flowers shortage. Besides, changes or cancellation of the order after the order is confirmed may not be accepted for orders with delivery less than 48 hours.
Therefore, we suggest you to place order in advance to make sure you have sufficient time to make an adjustment plan.

In case of any flowers or materials in supply difficulties or not fulfilling our standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to make substitution with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality, without prior notice.
Delivery policy
We provide different delivery time preferences to our customers for different types of product. Advance order is welcomed in order to guarantee your preferred delivery time can be selected, especially in peak seasons.
Although we always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery due to any circumstances impacting the availability of our courier service partners or anything else outside of our control.
For the consideration of product freshness, only local Hong Kong delivery is available. We can deliver to any address within stated region, but do not deliver to PO boxes.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
Customers are liable for all re-delivery costs caused by:
- failed delivery due to incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete delivery detail(s) provided;
- rejection by recipient; and/or
- prohibited delivery service by recipient’s address.
Customers are responsible to ensure that the recipient is present at the delivery address during the day of the delivery. If by any chance that our courier service providers could not locate the recipient and you choose "Re-schedule delivery" in Unattended delivery preference(s), delivery will be re-scheduled at a different available time slot which may not be preferable by customers. Customers are liable for all re-delivery costs which might be higher than the original delivery fee.
As flowers are highly perishable items, we cannot guarantee the quality of re-delivering items and any compensation policy due to product satisfaction does not apply.
Non Delivery
We strive to ensure our flowers are delivered punctually. If for any reason we made a mistake and deliveries don't turn up, (i.e. the flowers are not arrived on selected delivery date), please contact us as soon as possible. You have the right to receive a replacement at the next available delivery time slot you prefer, or a full refund.
Exchange and Return Policy
As flowers are highly perishable items, exchange or return due to any reasons except quality issue is not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
We promise to send you the freshest flowers which mean different stages for different flower types (eg: Lily in bud form). If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh, please remain the same way as delivered, take photo(s) upon receipt and inform us with description asap. Any notification over 12 hours upon receipt will not be considered or eligible for any compensation. If, at our discretion, the flowers do not meet our quality standard, you may have the right for replacement of product(s) with equivalent quality with delivery at the next available time slot or full refund.
Refund Policy
“So Flower So Good” is solely responsible for maintaining and processing any disputes and refund transactions related to various payment methods including FPS payment, credit / debit cards, e-wallets, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay.
For those conditions where a refund takes place, the fund will be returned through the selected payment method of the order. We will issue a separate e-mail to notify you the refund details. You may contact us for any inquiries through e-mail or whatsapp.
The refund process normally takes 3-7 working days to complete. Some banks may take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle. We have no influence over these timescales.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Adverse weather conditions
During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), delivery services may be restricted. This is outside of our control and we are not liable for the late delivery or non-delivery of the order. As flowers are highly perishable items, we cannot guarantee the quality of re-delivering items and any compensation policy due to product satisfaction does not apply.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority(including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles,(vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii)any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
Liability
In no case shall we, our related members, our suppliers and our service partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

To ensure that we can communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information.
Please remember that we value your privacy and will never lease, rent or sell your private information. (please check our “Privacy Policy” for more details).
During the ordering process, we may need the following information for certain purposes:
1) Customer's (Sender’s) e-mail address: to provide a better customer experience by sending order confirmations, substitution information and delivery status, etc. We may also use the customer's e-mail for marketing activities from time to time. Please ensure that the e-mail addresses are accurately completed;
2) Customer's (Sender’s) full name, credit / debit card’s number and expiration date with security code: for credit and debit card validation;
3) Customer's telephone number: to communicate for delivery and payment issues;
4) Recipient's full name and address: to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address is accurate.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to protect our interests or act at our full discretion for those circumstances which is/are not mentioned.
